Kevin Barrett
Kevin Barrett has been with SAIF Corporation’s legal division since 2008. He spent the first 10 years as a trial attorney defending policyholders in workers’ compensation administrative hearings. For the last several years, Kevin has been assistant general counsel for SAIF Corporation, focusing on workers’ compensation insurance regulation and government relations, corporate policies development, and providing advice to SAIF’s Executive Leadership team. He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 2009. Kevin graduated from Portland State University in 2006 with a BS in biology, and from Willamette University College of Law in 2009 with a JD. Kevin also received his AIDA in 2023 and CPCU in 2024 from the Institutes.

Laura is a Commercial Lines Account Manager Team Lead at Inszone. With over 20 years of experience, Laura has held various leadership roles in product development, marketing, and sales.

Ena Pullman
Ena Pullman received her CPCU designation in 2013. She has held several roles within the insurance industry, including P&C underwriter, claims adjuster, and self-insurance auditor with the State of Oregon’s Workers Compensation Division. For the past five years, she has been with the SAIF Premium Audit department as both an auditor and, most recently, as an analyst. Ena received her MBA from Marylhurst and an MPA from Grand Canyon University. Ena has served as secretary for the Oregon CPCU chapter since 2022.

Pat Morrill
Pat Morrill, CPCU, AIC has an extensive career in the workers' compensation industry beginning with NW Farm Bureau (now Country Financial) where she started out as a field claims examiner. She went to EBI Companies and there was a claims supervisor, account manager and the Eugene branch manager. At SAIF, she was an agency marketing specialist and then the agency and group program coordinator. She recently joined United Heritage/Sublimity Insurance as their senior marketing representative for Oregon. Pat enjoys creating and providing agency training. She serves as the Oregon Chapter Membership Chair.

Brittnie Holland
Brittnie joined SAIF Corporation, State Accident Insurance Fund, in 2013. She has spent the majority of her time working in the Premium Audit & Underwriting Division, where she currently works as a Premium Audit Technical Adviser. She is a graduate of Oregon State University and is an avid Beaver-Believer. Brittnie is currently a Pathways Member and pursuing the ARM Path to CPCU.
